Happy New Year everyone! As much as I didn't want to stay up until midnight last night, I did! We had fun at our friends house and the kids thought we had lost our minds letting them stay up until one in the morning!
To kick off the new year in style, I decided that I was going to decorate our bedroom, since it's the last room in our house that hasn't been painted. So I started the day off by painting the room and ended up working all day getting it together. I still have some last touches to add to it, like a small fireplace, some vinyl lettering and chocolate brown curtains but all in all, it turned out pretty good. It's much better than what it was!
I'm feeling pretty good about myself since I've pretty much finished one of my new years resolutions and the first day of '08 is not even over! Some of my other resolutions is to read and study the BOM and D&C in hopes that I can graduate from the group in Sunday School that just nods their heads in agreeance and hopes that no one asks them a question, because they really don't know what anyone's even talking about. For once, I'm not on the train of "I'm going to lose weight" this year! Heck, knowing me, I'll probably gain! Oh well!
I hope everyone has a happy new year and hope you get everything you want this year, well, that's my hope for myself anyways!

I'm impressed! You have such great style Missy. I wish that was a talent of mine. It was fun to see you and your family over Christmas. Your kids are darling. I still can't get over how much broccoli your little guy ate. What kid likes broccoli at that age?! I loved it.
There you go, outdoing the rest of us AGAIN...that is one of your greatest talents girl!
Bravo on your goals for this year. It's great to hear people having substance to them.
