Why is it that life just seems to get away from ya once in a while........and for some reason, I can't ever get away from life. Why is that? You must know what I'm talking about......life is going along fine and then one day you wake up and it seems a little out of control. What happened in those 8 hours of sleep that caused your world to turn upside down....

Anyways, just my ramblings.....

My poor husband......the kids had an olympic-athon at school to raise money for extra programs and stuff and they had to get donations to give to the school. We totally forgot all about this until the day before the money needed to be in. Thankfully, some of our wonderful family members donated lots to the cause. The kids were shooting to raise $100.00 each so they could get the prizes that went along with raising that much. I had a clever idea that Ryan needed to take this in to his office and get his co-workers to donate. I had him put a little incentive with it......if the office raised $50.00, I would make Calgary Flame Playoff cupcakes for everyone(we HATE the flames) and if we raised $100.00, Ryan would wear a Flames jersey all day for one day. Well, needless to say, it wasn't even 15 minutes after he emailed everyone that he had the $100.00 donations.......some lady even offered him an extra $20.00 if he would tape some Flames earrings to his ears.......Ryan drew the line at this. I think Ryan will probably die the day he has to wear this Flames jersey............We tell our kids to not 'hate" anything in life......except the Calgary Flames! Hopefully he'll survive but everyone say an extra prayer for him!

You'll have to take a picture that day and post it for us all to see.

That is too funny! You should have raised the stakes, $100 seems too low :). Glad the kids made their quota!
How's the belly coming along? Are you gonna post pics?
Also cherish those 8hours as in about 6m you will be getting maybe 2h sleep, uhhhhggg!
