Well, we're home from our long...I mean great vacation! It was all a whirlwind as we stopped at so many places and drove for so many hours. Out of all the places that we visited, Nauvoo was by far the highlight for us all. The kids had such a great time learning all the pioneer ways and playing the pioneer games. We even got a wagon ride with real oxen and everything. The kids thought this was great until the oxen pooped and then they were very disturbed! We had lots of fun at Noah's Ark waterpark and Ryan and I got the strangest sunburns. Of course, my was totally on my front as I couldn't rotate to my tummy. Kind of like that episode of Friends when Ross went to get a tan and kept getting it on the front of him.......all dark on the front, white on the back....oh well! We had a great time but we were so happy to get home and sleep in our own beds!
