Well, it's been forever since I posted on here but in my defence, I have been a little busy.
Our baby girl, Scoutt Marion Sharpe, was born on October 23. From start to finish it was all of an hour and 18 minutes which was a little too fast for me! She is such a blessing for our family. Tatum and Keegan just love her so much. They are such a great help, changing her bum, feeding her, cuddling her. Life has changed so much with a new baby. I am realizing how good I had it for the past few years with the kids in school and time to myself. I guess I'll have that again.......in 5 years!!!
Amongst all the craziness of a new baby in our home, we decided to move to Red Deer. We listed our house 1 week after Scoutt was born and we officially sold on Friday. I've been super sad with the thought of moving. Ryan got a really good job opportunity with his work and that's why we're going. I was saying to Ryan that this move is really strange. Other moves that we've done, I haven't really been sad to leave but leaving Strathmore, I am. I have made some good friends here that I'll really miss. I already have a standing date with one of them twice a year, once to go shopping in the states and the other to reunite our oldest children in hopes that one day they'll fall madly in love and marry each other!
We headed up to Red Deer yesterday and found a house for us to rent. With the market dropping, we thought it would be best to rent and try and get back in when it's a little bit cheaper. We'll see how that all works out. The house that we rented is brand spankin' new.....and it's beautiful. Granite, fireplace....etc. etc. Wow, it makes me a little less sad to leave my house when I'm going to this house which is nicer than mine. We checked out the kids' school, which is French Immersion....but that's all I'll say on that.....dont want to offend...... The playground at the school is awesome so the kids think it's going to be the best school ever.......I hope it is.
Our anniversary is coming up....10 years this year. On our anniversary last year, we were looking forward to this anniversary and were planning on spending it in some hot, foreign location.........instead, I get to get up with a newborn baby and be moving to a new house on our anniversary......good times. There's always next year I guess.

Congrats on selling your house so you can come be by us. Where exactly did you find a place to live here and what ward? Troy wants to know if you don't mind how much you are paying for your house. We are looking and interested whats out there. Also when are you moving, we would love to help if we can?
Wow! You're moving to Red Deer! Funny, you'll be 20 minutes away. You can come for dinner and I'll make roast chicken with red gravy again. Did Ryan ever tell you about that? You were out of town and we had Ryan for dinner. I made roast chicken with carrots, potatoes and beets and the beets turned the gravy red and he looked TOTALLY freaked out. But he seemed to really mean it when he said it was very good. And it was. Surprising, since I hate beets.
Our kids are in French Immersion. Yay!
Holy lot going on with you! Hope you're feeling well despite all the goings on. Scoutt is such a cutie. Seeing Alisynn this past weekend made me miss all you Canadians. You're coming to the reunion right?
Congratulations on the new little girl and on selling your house. Wow sounds like life is crazy right now.
what a sweet heart! And good luck with the move.
