New Years Resolutions....
So, it's that time of year again where we all promise and vow to do better, be better and try harder. So, as I reflect upon what things I want to improve on, I find myself joining the throngs of people that want to "lose weight" this year. I've gone several years without even thinking about this on New Years but this year.....I'm back. I keep telling myself over and over again that it's okay, since I just had a baby 2 months ago and that's the weight I need to lose........ugh....hopefully I can meet that goal and join the non-weight loss goalers next year!
We have come up with a few family goals but mostly personal goals...which of course, I would post on here except, they're personal......and if I don't meet them all, no one will know the difference and you'll all still think I'm wonderful!
I'm curious though, anyone have any great ideas for keeping your goals. I usually do pretty well for a few months but then I forget them or get less motivated. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm hating that I'm a member of weight loss initiative too. Those darn babies...I guess they're sorta worth it. :)
a good way to keep your goals, to tell people about them. it makes us accountable for them and some added motivation (cuz someone else knows). good luck with your goals and resolutions!
