Sharpe's Spooktacular Halloween

Our Halloween was super this year. We decided that since we weren't going to go trick or treating on Halloween night this year, we needed to something else super fun. A haunted house came to mind and we ran with it. Here are the pictures of it. The first room was filled with monkey brains, witches eyes, guts, bugs, etc. Under the box, was Tatum's head. She would scream at people when they lifted it up. She had on her ugly mask and boy, was she good! Next was a scary hallway with bats hanging, a motion activated witch and of course, tons of cobwebs. The next room was a construction room with cut up bodies everywhere and pools of blood. The next room was the graveyard room. There was lots of tombstones and of course, a coffin filled witht the cutest little mummy. The pictures dont make it look half as scary as it was. There was strobe lights everywhere. We had a fog machine that made everything smoky and we had scary sounds playing in the background. Ryan wore a mask and scared everyone in the construction room and Keegan was in the coffin jumping out at people. It was pretty fun.

After the kids went through the haunted house, they got to come up and decorate a cookie and then pick out some treats from our treat bin. Everyone had such a great time and the most tears that we had, was from so many kids who didn't want to leave our house. We had about 130 visitors and anticipate even more next year! Needless to say, we were all exhausted from scaring people for 4 hours but the kids both said that it was by far, the funnest night of their whole lives!!! I guess it was pretty good, but then again, they haven't lived that long either!
